Is there a rental minimum?
Yes. There is a $1,500 contract minimum for events in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. For events in other areas, please reach out for a consultation.
How much space and power do the games need?
Every game page lists its footprint. Electronic games need one 110V outlet per game, and some games can run on battery power depending on the service. Lawn and giant games need no power. Tell us about your venue and we will plan the layout.
Can games be set up outdoors?
Yes. Our lawn, giant and outdoor games are built for grass, sand and patios. Electronic and LED games need a covered, dry area or a tent when used outside.
What happens if it rains?
Weather terms are included in your rental agreement. For outdoor events, we recommend planning a covered backup space.
How long does setup take?
Most events take 1 to 2 hours to set up. Larger lineups or venues with loading restrictions may need more time, which we schedule with your venue.
Do you offer overnight or multi-day rentals?
Yes. Conferences, trade shows and multi-day retreats can keep games in place across several days. Let us know your schedule and we will include it in your quote.
Can you do game shows?
Yes we can! From trivia to family-style game shows, timed challenges and more. Reach out to us with your needs, and we'll show you what our production team can do.
Can you do game tournaments?
Yes! Our Olympiad Tournament is set up specifically for this, but we also create custom experiences for our clients. Reach out to us for a consultation.
Do you deliver to my area?
We serve Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Palm Beach, Naples, Marco Island, Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville and Amelia Island, and travel elsewhere in Florida for the right event.
Can the games be branded for our company?
Many games offer custom branding, such as vinyl wraps, branded game pieces, custom colors and printed signage. Each game page lists its options.
Do you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes. We provide a certificate of insurance (COI) for your venue. Send us the venue requirements when you book.
How do payment and deposits work?
A 50% retainer reserves your date. The full balance is due 30 days before the event.
